If I order Online, can I pick up at the Gallery?
Yes you may. During checkout click the box that says you will pick this up. Shipping charges will be removed from your total.
Can I send a Gift Message with my order?
Yes, just let us know what you want to say in the Comments & Special Instructions box during checkout.
Shipping costs for items showing zero during checkout.
If shipping is zero for any item, we may contact you about additional costs (unless pickup was specified).
Can I ship outside of the US?
For all orders outside of the Continental US, please contact the gallery.
Why does it say “estimated total” at checkout?
Occasionally, if an item is especially large or delicate or otherwise outside of our “norms”, we may need to adjust the shipping charges. If this is the case, we will contact you.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes. Call the Gallery for a quote.
Can I ship to a PO box?
No, we require a street address.
Can I track my order?
We will send you an email as soon as your order is shpped which will include information to track your order.
Do you deliver & install art glass?
Yes, call us at the gallery and we can arrange this service for you.
Is there a charge to visit either the Gallery or the Studio?
No, there is no charge to visit either the Gallery or the Studio.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, both the Gallery and the Studio offer gift certificates. They are not interchangeable.
What if I want to return a purchase?
Please contact us if you need to return a piece you have purchased. All returns must be made promptly and be in perfect condition. Studio items must be in their original packaging. You will be responsible for any return delivery charges and the risk of loss or damage until they have been received by us. After we receive the returned items, we will contact you to arrange for your refund.
If you would like to submit your artwork to be reviewed for possible inclusion in the gallery, please send us an e-mail with a few images of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the email bounces back please resize your images or send 1-2 at a time. Someone will contact you within a couple of weeks.
Does the Studio have a shopping cart?
No, the Studio is not set up for online ordering.
Does the Studio ship?
We can ship tools and some supplies, call for more details.
Can children take your studio classes & workshops?
Our classes are generally geared towards adults. We occasionally make exceptions for mature teens if the parent takes the class as well. The instructor makes the final decision.
